Foreword
The authors of this book discuss why English language translations of the New Testament differ from one another. They point out that, besides being a matter of English style, in many passages the wording of the surviving Greek manuscripts differs. Here translators must choose which text to follow.Readers will appreciate the sober and methodical discussion throughout the following pages. Would that some might even decide to begin the study of New Testament Greek grammar for themselves!
